EPF Claim Status Online Check – Step by Step

Step-1: Go to EPFO official website. The link is given below:

www.epfindia.gov.in

Step-2: Under the “Our Services” section, you will see a link ‘For Employees’. Click on this link.

Step-3: After this click on “Know Your Claim Status” link. This will be available under the “Services” section

Step-4: A new web page will appear showing the link, “Click Here for Knowing the Claim Status”.Click on this link. You will see a web page which will look like this:

Step-5: Once you do that, a complete list of EPFO offices in the selected city will appear on your screen

Step-6: Now you have to select City from this list. You will see other details like relevant office, the Office Code and Region Code sections will get filled automatically.

Step-7: Enter the “Establishment Code of Employee” in the 3rd box. It is of 7 digits code.

Step-8: Fill the 4th box with extension or sub-code for the establishment code, if any. Else, leave it blank.

Step-9: Next step is to enter the Account Number which is too of 7 digits. Enter this number in Box Number 5.

Step-10: Finally click on “Submit” button and check epf claim status online
